In Store Return Policies
Non-Seasonal Merchandise returned in good order within 30 days of purchase along with the register receipt will be issued a refund to the original tender. Merchandise returned without the register receipt will be issued a store credit at the lowest selling price of that item. No refunds or exchanges on Clearance merchandise.
Seasonal/Holiday Merchandise returned in good order within 30 days of purchase and before the holiday along with the register receipt will be issued a refund to the original tender. Seasonal/Holiday merchandise returned without the register receipt will be issued a store credit at the lowest selling price of that item. Seasonal/Holiday merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday. No refunds or exchanges on Clearance merchandise.
Floral Arrangements may be exchanged once within 24 hours of purchase. No cash refunds! Custom floral arrangements may not be returned.
Nursery Stock Guarantee
Nursery stock (trees, shrubs, evergreens) is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Roses are guaranteed until November 1st of the year they are purchased. All nursery stock returns must be accompanied by the Nursery Stock Guarantee receipt. See our ‘Nursery Guarantee’ for the complete details of our nursery stock guarantee.
Cash Refunds totaling $200.00 or more will receive a check issued from the corporate offices of Stein Gardens & Gifts.
