Assembled dimensions are 45.125" L x 11.625" W x 40.5" H as a wall fireplace and 45.125" L x 34" W x 40.5" H as a corner fireplace. The Camden fireplace mantel has a 90 day limited warranty; the electric firebox has a one year warranty. Assembly required.
